Welcome to Queen B & B Properties

Though we opened our doors in 2022, the story of Queen B & B actually begins over twenty years ago with the beginning of Jennifer’s real estate career. Pregnant with her third child, Jennifer decided to pair her background in the mortgage industry with her passion for working with people and jumped into Charlotte real estate in 1997. As her career flourished, (check out the details in her bio) Jennifer engaged her oldest daughter as an assistant. Thus, Gabi grew up working in the Charlotte real estate market and while she enjoyed it, she ultimately decided to pursue a career in education.

Enter Mandy Brickner. Gabi and Mandy spent nine years together teaching middle school. As a team, they thrived and were known for their creativity, innovation and determination to get “it” done, whatever it may be. Eventually the desire to spend more time with their families pulled them out of the classroom and into new career fields. Gabi became a Realtor and joined Jennifer in residential real estate. Through another former teacher and current QBB client, Mandy began co-hosting on Airbnb and started her own investment portfolio.

Fast forward to 2021 which brings an opportunity for Mandy and Gabi to work together again. By leveraging their combined knowledge and experience, they could expand their offerings and provide professional services to those interested in short and mid term rentals.

Jennifer, whose expertise and leadership experience spans a wide range of the real estate industry including the 2012 Canopy Realtor Association President and serving as Broker in Charge of an office, guided the development of the firm. She rounds out the team and balances out the youthful enthusiasm with wisdom and experience of almost 30 years in real estate.

Our story is one of motherhood, friendship & professional success. It begins with a mother, finding her passion, exceling in her career while including her family. It continues through the bonds of friendship, and the beginning of motherhood. Together we support and encourage one another, fostering growth and sharpening our skills, allowing us to better to serve our clients.
