While Mid-Term Rentals are not as hands on as short term, they still require more involvement by the property manager due to the furnishing & utilities being provided by the landlord. They also require more frequent efforts to market the property & secure new tenants.

We prepare your home for marketing, including coordinating professional photos, ensuring home is clean and maintenance items are taken of prior to leasing.
Marketing and leasing the property includes listing on multiple platforms, including MLS, Zillow, social media etc, showing property to and screening prospective tenants and preparing all lease documents. We also collect security deposits, hold in trust & will release back to tenant when appropriate.
Throughout lease we communicate with tenants to ensure the property is well maintained and any repairs, cleaning and maintenance are completed in a timely and cost effective manner.
